Indoor trading area
The Black Horse comprises a large 'L' shaped trading area offering a gaming area housing a pool table and various relaxed seating areas accommodating up to 30 covers. The décor is that of a traditional English pub, heavily timbered and beamed, but still modern and contemporary. There is a mixture of loose and fixed seating that can be adjusted to cater for larger bookings, or simply create more standing space; especially on busy match days. The trade kitchen is of good size but requires some upgrading to be able to produce a home cooked food offer. The pub has built a reputation for hosting regular live music and karaoke which is popular amongst the locals. Overall, the pub has been well cared for and is in good condition.
Outdoor trading area
To the rear of the pub there is a patio area housing a large timber fixed seating area. This area is extremely popular and has a real buzz during spring and summer evenings. There is a compact car park with room for up to two cars; additional parking is available on the street.

The pub that plays host to a large influx of football fans on weekends and has also built a reputation for hosting regular live music and karaoke. I am looking for a dynamic publican to take the Black Horse to the next level. Ideally someone who is a great all-rounder; a great host, good with entertainment and able to offer wholesome pub food.
