The Buthay Inn boasts a large, open plan internal trading area, with beautifully intimate spaces to relax in. The well laid out pub presents original features such as wooden beams and a brick fireplace and although is a one bar operation has lovely intimate spaces for relaxing in, or more popular areas for dining, which have also been utilised for private functions. The pub also comprises of five en-suite letting rooms, all double size, which the ingoing publican may wish to update.

Outdoor trading area

To the rear of the pub is a good-sized, well-presented beer garden, with space for more than 40 covers. The enclosed garden has picnic benches spread across the lawned area and a marquee directly outside the pub, which is perfect for more private events. Providing entertainment for all ages, this pub boasts a large children’s play area that has created the perfect hotspot for families in the warmer months. There is also a very large car park with space for approximately 30 cars, which can be accessed through the beer garden or to the side of the pub.
