Property Description
The Carpenters Arms is in the village of Stewkley, close to Leighton Buzzard & Aylesbury. The pub is surrounded by residential housing and one of only 2 pubs in the village itself. They are at opposite ends of the village.
The pub benefits from being one of two pubs found in the village, as well as it’s location meaning it has lots of passing footfall from walkers, ramblers and locals. The customer base in the immediate vicinity is mixed age range, but has the potential for frequent daytime and evening trade, from both locals and first time visitors.
Available on our foundation tenancy agreement. Click here for more information on this agreement. The potential of this pub lies in introducing a well thought through traditional pub grub food & drinks offer. What food & drinks would you look to implement in the pub?
The site currently could drive trade via more frequent village and community events, live sports, quiz nights, coffee mornings etc.
If you’ve benefited from running or owning a pub business, we’d love to hear what experience you can bring.
The right operator for the pub will have a clear vision for their food & drinks menu, food & drinks menu and entertainment offer and can create a memorable experience for their customers. Great opportunity to grow the business and relaunch the pub.
