The Thatched Tavern is located on a traditional street corner that can be easily accessed via the main road in Reddish. Set in the heart of a popular residential area and located near shops, the pub is very popular with locals. The pub has two entrances, one from the front and one to the side serving a traditional pub layout of vault and lounge bar areas, served by a central bar servery. Each area has relatively small capacity but complemented with a rear courtyard style garden area with six picnic benches in the walled sun trap. Both bar areas have good viewing of TV’s and the Vault Bar has a dartboard. The vault bar is fitted with mainly loose furniture, the lounge bar area is mainly fixed seating and loose tables, to the rear of the pub by the garden entrance there are the Gents and Ladies toilets.
