Property Description
The Roebuck is a popular, traditional pub situated on the outskirts of the picturesque market town of Marlborough. Situated on the side of the A4, it is ideally placed for locals and visitors alike. Marlborough is a market town and civil parish in the English county of Wiltshire on the Old Bath Road, the old main road from London to Bath. The town is on the River Kennet, 24 miles, north of Salisbury and 10 miles, southeast of Swindon.
Pub Layout
To the left of the pub, a cosy snug bar features an inviting open fire and a charming bay window. The interconnecting wrap-around island bar seamlessly serves the restaurant area, which is thoughtfully divided into three sections and holds around 70 covers. The exterior boasts a spacious area at the front and side of the pub. This area will hold 50 covers, with a stretch tent providing sheltered seating on the side. Towards the rear of the garden, you'll find an astro-turfed games area, perfect for outdoor activities. Additional amenities include a car park with space for approximately 20 cars and a generously sized trade kitchen.
Trading Style
The Roebuck currently trades as a quintessential community pub with quality home cooked food at the heart. Accompanying the food are a wide range of quality cask ales.
