The pub benefits from being just five miles outside of Chorley town centre, along with brilliant transport links to the M61, A6 and M6; all of which leading to larger towns and cities. The Cricketers is located in the heart of the village, nestled in between a densely populated residential area, local shops and village cricket green. Pub Layout Upon entering the Cricketers, you are welcomed by an attractive, centrally located bar, enabling service to all areas with several convenient bar stools. To the right of the bar, you’ll find a small seating area, to the left is a more relaxed lounge area, with a mixture of both fixed and loose seating and an open fire place. Externally, to the front you’ll find space for three picnic benches providing additional seating. To the rear you’ll find a raised beer garden accessed through a sheltered smoking solution, which consists of a good sized lawn area, paved patio to the rear and a number of picnic benches.

The Cricketers is the hub of the community and in being so has an abundance of long-standing locals and regulars. The pub itself is heavily involved in local sports teams, including the cricket team.
