Property Description

The Blue Bell is located in the historic town of Conwy, situated in the shadows of Conwy Castle. A rare opportunity has arisen for an operator who can drive both wet and dry trade with fantastic retail standards. The Blue Bell presents a great pub opportunity with a fantastic beer garden backing onto the quayside.  The pub appeals to both locals and tourists visiting the area. Available on our foundation tenancy agreement. The potential of this pub lies in delivering excellent retail standards and executing a good quality food offer, whilst driving wet sales. The ideal wet/dry split would be 70/30 wet. What food & drink would you look to implement in the pub?  The site currently has the ability to drive trade via open mic nights and live music. It offers a selection of cask ales, popular beers, ciders, wines and spirits, and the ability exists to do a good breakfast and coffee offer. We’re always open to new ideas, what would you do to drive trade? Attitude is more valuable than experience. If you’ve got the following, we’d love to hear from you. Understanding of the local community Understanding of how to build a successful business Ability to engage with customers from behind the bar If this sounds like the incredible pub opportunity you’ve been waiting for, apply today and tell us what you can bring to this pub’s next chapter…
