Caernarfon is a royal town, community and port in Gwynnyedd, with a population of 9,852. It lies along the A487 road on the eastern shore of the Menai Strait opposite the Isle of Anglesey. The city of Bangor is 8.6 miles to the north-east, while Snowdonia fringes Caernarfon to the east and south-east. Pub Layout The Albert has two entrances, to the side and front, which take you in to a well-appointed one bar open plan pub. There is a cosy snug area which has good views of the marina and castle, with a pool zone and raised area that hosts visiting bands and performers at the weekend. The main bar is well stocked with a variety of popular brands and premium brands in all categories. The external rear bar garden has been planned well and has two elements, a sheltered TV area and an open clean well maintained area for al fresco socialising.  

Trading Style

The Albert trades very much as an evening venue as has a late license, holding regular karaoke/disco and live entertainment. This is a local’s local primarily, but does have it’s share of the annual tourist trade. Midweek the venue trades on live Sports TV – having BT and Sky, quiz nights and charity fund raiser evenings
