Internally, the pub has received a full refurbishment. There’s a new bar servery and bar area, with modern flooring and tasteful decorations. The lounge area gives diners and drinkers an attractive, cosy atmosphere, with all new fixtures and fittings installed. The kitchen was also refurbished, with new appliances and equipment that’s perfect for the 62 internal covers. Works were also undertaken to the dining area and toilets. Externally, the garden area was improved to create a secret oasis where customers can enjoy drinks or dinner during the warmers months and relax in the beautiful surroundings. In order to ensure a successful start-up, all applicants must have a minimum £10,000 un-borrowed funds.
The calculation of the Estimated Minimum Ingoing Costs assumes a minimum deposit of 1 month's rent and that fixtures and fittings (F&F) are rented. The subsequent deposit build up and F&F rental costs are not included in the rent model or ongoing costs below.
Note that on FRI Agreements deposits will always be 3 month's rent in advance and fixtures and fittings (F&F) must always be purchased.
