The Auld Hoose is a large, one room pub in a traditional Edinburgh tenement block.  The pub has great visibility from the street and is well maintained inside and out.  Inside, the bar is L shaped and the kitchen is situated at the back of the pub.  The pub has high ceilings and large windows and is decorated in a traditional but contemporary style.

The calculation of the Estimated Minimum Ingoing Costs assumes a minimum deposit of 1 month's rent and that fixtures and fittings (F&F) are rented. The subsequent deposit build up and F&F rental costs are not included in the rent model or ongoing costs below.
