Edinburgh is popular with tourists, with people coming from far afield to visit this beautiful city.

Pub Layout

The pub is small and cosy and is a single trading operation which is served by a central horseshoe bar. It is an attractive pub, in very good condition internally and externally. Most of the regulars occupy areas around the bar but the surrounding area is complimented by a small snug area to the front. and a lounge area to the rear complete with loose furnishings for relaxed socialising.

Trading Style

Currently trading as a ‘premium local’ at present but there may be scope to give it a wider appeal. The main focus is on being a fantastic local pub, attracting a broad spectrum of customers. There are a range of standard and craft beers available, cask and keg, as well as a decent wine range and premium spirits. There is no scope for a big food operation but snacks are available and tie-ins with local food operations have been utilised.
