Indoor trading area

The bar itself is a large solid oak bar servery with stools to the bar and an immediate seating area opposite, this would be classed as the primary drinking spot. The restaurant is located next to the kitchen and is currently used as the more formal area, decorated with Thai themed bric-a-brac to match the existing food style. There is a further, more relaxed dining area closest to the rear garden which offers a flexible space for drinking and dining as this can be adapted depending on the trading time and environment.

Outdoor trading area

A reasonable garden space which is underutilised and has fantastic potential for development to a covered area with lighting and heat for all year trade. Small landscaping improvements will transform the garden into a lovely trading space.
