The Egerton Arms is a large open plan pub with a central bar servery. Upon entering, the bar is immediately in front, and to the right is a pool table and darts board. Following the bar around to the left leads to an exit to the car park and a light conservatory style area at the rear, which provides access to the patio. The pub is furnished with a combination of fixed seating around the periphery of the building and loose tables and chairs. The spacious interior is large enough to host live bands who regularly play at weekends. In all, there are over 80 covers throughout the pub, and there is a great deal of opportunity to introduce a simple bar menu by utilising the galley kitchen, which is conveniently located behind the bar.

Outdoor trading area

A handsome detached property, the Egerton Arms has an attractive symmetrical appearance. It stands within a large tarmac car park, with space for 30 vehicles. An enclosed, paved patio is to the left of the building and has room for half a dozen picnic tables, and there is space for a further few tables immediately in front of the property.

This pub is very much a social hub, with locals of all ages visiting to enjoy the social aspects of traditional pub games and live music. There is a strong wet-led trade and a great deal of opportunity to complement this with the introduction of a simple food offer.
