Indoor trading area
The Bell is traditionally decorated and full of character. A two bar operation services a sports bar, lounge area and function room. With space to accommodate 30 covers, the sports bar has a relaxed and friendly environment encompassing two dart boards, a pool table, fruit machine and large TV showing live sports. The lounge area features a large open fireplace and is used by customers to enjoy the value food offer and can accommodate a further 30 covers. There is a large and fully equipped commercial kitchen that is also used as domestic. A spacious function room benefits from its own bar and is a great space for meetings and parties accommodating up to 100 covers.
Outdoor trading area
A large beer garden and barbeque pit proves a popular asset in the spring and summer. The beer garden has seating for 60 covers, and a covered gazebo with heaters and a television can accommodate a further 12. The pub benefits from a secure and lockable car park which has space for 10 vehicles.

The Bell is a fantastic, well-established cask ale driven pub. I am looking for a publican who can immerse themselves in the local community to maintain the build and maintain trade levels. The new publican should also continue the offer of a great value food and a warm friendly atmosphere attracting custom from further afield.
