Available on our Beacon Partnership Tenancy, an agreement which gives you the freedom to run your own pub, while we provide extensive support to help you maximise your business.
Private Accommodation: Situated on the first floor, the private accommodation consists of three double bedrooms, an office, lounge and bathroom as well as a private garage and yard.
Indoor trading area
The ground floor consists of a lounge area and games room catered for by a single bar servery. The pub is traditionally decorated and in good condition throughout. There is a function room on the first floor with a private bar and toilets which can accommodate around 80 guests. This space is utilised for private functions and in house events, such as ticketed sporting events like boxing, and local football derbies. The trade kitchen is basic and would suit a bar snack type menu.
Outdoor trading area
The pub benefits from an enclosed beer garden and smoking area to the side. There is also a large car park with space for approximately 30 vehicles.

The Cock Hotel is a fantastic pub with a thriving community following. It has a well-used first floor function room that hosts private functions and acts as a venue for sporting events such as boxing and charity nights. The current publican is moving aboard after running this site for the last three years and we are now looking for a new community focused publican to take it to the next level.

Often referred to as ingoings. Includes stock & glassware at valuation, deposit, refundable at the end of your agreement dependent upon your account being in good order. Up to 2 weeks rent and other contractual charges will be payable in advance. Please note, the actual deposit payable will be 25% of the final agreed rent.
