The White Lion boasts the fantastic original features you would expect of a traditional village pub; including a welcoming open fireplace, low ceilings and exposed beams and brickwork. The main bar hosts international brands and cask ales, the latter being a real focus in the local area. Here you will find AWP games machines and television screens, regularly showing live sports as well as the occasional live performance from a local band. Towards the rear of the property is a function room that currently serves as a pool and darts room. There is a brand new and well-equipped commercial kitchen that would suit a traditional pub menu. The pub can accommodate 25 to 30 covers across loose wooden tables and chairs which blend into the overall style of the property.

Outdoor trading area

There is a small patio area to the rear of the property with space for a handful of picnic benches and a much larger covered seating area for at least 80 customers accessed via an attractive wooden gate. In addition, there is a large and mainly undeveloped plot of land to the rear of the pub which could become a showpiece for the business with the potential to include glamping/camping (subject to approvals) and/or to be used as a location for outdoor events and functions
