Indoor trading area

Everything radiates from a central bar which forms the 'hub' of the interior layout. Facing onto an open-plan lounge, there is a raised decking area specifically designated for dining and provides cover for approximately 48 covers. There are two coal fires at the end of each room which bring character and a warm atmosphere to the pub, particularly in the winter months. Adjacent to the bar are two small snug areas which can provide extra dining space if required. Throughout the pub there is potential for circa 80/90 covers, serviced by a good-sized, well equipped catering kitchen that is central to the success of the business. A unique selling point for the pub comes in the form of four adequate, but comfortable en-suite letting rooms on the first floor of the property. The business is well presented with modern and stylish décor throughout.

Outdoor trading area

A patio beer garden welcomes guests at the front of the pub, with a handful of picnic benches to accommodate approximately 24 covers. To the rear of the building there is a large, enclosed beer garden and a good-sized car park with space for 20 vehicles.
