The Thorverton Arms is a traditional, one bar operation, serving an extensive range of drinks, including well-kept local cask ales and west country ciders. The pub also benefits from a restaurant area and is known for making good use of delicious local produce. Upon entering the main room from the front, you are greeted by a u-shaped bar, serving the lounge and restaurant area. The décor is traditional and could be described as olde worlde. A well-equipped trade kitchen can provide a traditional food menu and a carvery on a Sunday. The pub also operates a bed and breakfast with six well-appointed letting rooms, all of which are en-suite.

There is a large south-facing patio and grassed garden with four benches. The on-site car park has space for 10 vehicles.
