Private Accommodation: The private domestic accommodation is located on the first floor of the building. It is accessed from the main bar area. It comprises of two double bedrooms and an office, living room, kitchen and family bathroom with shower.

Trading Style

Indoor trading area

The pub enjoys a large, well decorated internal area, split into several designated rooms. To the left of the main entrance is the pool room, with standing area for approx. 12 people and a pool table. There is also a drop-down large screen projector. The main bar area is located to the right of the entrance, which has a combination of fixed and free-standing tables and chairs for approximately 60 covers. There are several large television screens to provide sports viewing. The main bar leads through to a conservatory extension, which can be utilised as a separate dining area or meeting room and has space for up to 24 covers. The large function room is located to the rear of the pub which has a dedicated bar and upstairs there is the second function or meeting room.

Outdoor trading area

The pub benefits from several external drinking areas, including a large-grassed garden to the rear, which runs the full length of the pub with some children’s play equipment and wooden benched seating for approximately 80 covers. There is further seating to the side of the pub for approximately 20 covers, of which half has a roof covering. There is a car park to the front of the pub with space for 15 vehicles.
