Stonegate Pub Partners are now seeking an experienced publican who has a passion to run a food led business and can take this pub to the next level. A publican willing to integrate with the local community to maintain trade would also be a requirement.
Private Accommodation: The private accommodation is in good condition and comprises of three bedrooms and two en-suite bathrooms. There is no private kitchen however the main commercial kitchen can be used.
Indoor trading area
The pub offers an open plan trading area with a central bar servery and plenty of seating throughout the pub for dining. There are around 80 covers, smartly presented seating in a traditionally decorated pub. The pub has exposed brick and wooden beams throughout creating a comfortable and cosy environment to enjoy proper pub food. There is a well-equipped catering kitchen for the publican to utilise to continue the offer of a strong pub food menu.
Outdoor trading area
There is an extensive beer garden located to the rear of the pub, is partially patioed and partly grass. There are several picnic benches, some of which are partially covered allowing guests to enjoy food and drinks alfresco. The outdoor space could also be used to host private functions, events and markets with the space available to draw in additional revenue. There is the addition of a large car park for customers to use with space for over 25 vehicles.

They will also discuss your purchasing options (Wines, spirits, cask, minerals and flavoured alcoholic beverages) which you can choose all, a combination or none. Tie release fees will apply.
