Indoor trading area

The traditionally decorated pub is in good condition and this one room operation is cleverly zoned into four distinct trading areas. The lower section has fixed perimeter seating for up to 25 covers, the middle section has fixed and loose seating for a further 25 covers, whilst a third raised section can accommodate a further 20 covers, and this space has occasionally been used to host live music. There is also a games area which hosts a pool table and gaming machines. A central bar servery includes a range of cask ales, international brands, space for fridges and a well-organised back bar. The trade kitchen is well-equipped and could be used to offer breakfasts to residents, thus allowing the room rate to be increased. There are six modern en-suite letting rooms located on the first floor and all have separate access to the main bar area. The rooms are in very good condition and are well appointed, with each having a television, Wi-Fi and tea & coffee making facilities.

Outdoor trading area

An attractive patio to the front of the pub hosts picnic benches to seat over 20 guests. A secluded beer garden to the rear would benefit from some investment to enhance its appeal as a family-friendly space. Eight vehicles can be parked in front of the building, a further six spaces are on offer at the rear, and a free car park is located 100 yards away.
