This pub is a great venue that can offer both locals and tourists a place to enjoy live music, karaoke and watch sport or play a game of pool. The Albion has a delightful open plan trading area with a horseshoe bar. The front trading area offers its guests live music or karaoke area with a mixture of loose and fixed seating. To the rear of the pub is a games rooms complete with a convenient pool table and TV screens. We are looking for a new publican who would be motivated to collate and arrange a calendar of entertainment and events to boost revenue, as well as enthusiasm to market the pub to encourage trade from visitors and locals.
Private Accommodation: The private accommodation is very spacious and offers two double bedrooms and one single bedroom. There is a well-presented kitchen and bathroom all in good order. There is also a very large back room which offers a large storage area. The private accommodation also has its own private entrance and balcony.
Indoor trading area
The décor is traditional and pleasant and complete with a spacious open plan horseshoe bar. At the front of the pub there is a mixture of fixed and loose seating with space to host live music and karaoke. To the rear of the pub there is an impressive pool table and TV screens for sports viewing.
Outdoor trading area
Due to the location of the pub, there is no external trading area.
Regional Manager Comments
The Albion has a strong reputation amongst the locals for its live music, karaoke and sports. These social aspects of the pub are something the new publican should look to continue and further enhance. There is further scope to introduce a simple hand-held food offer which would complement a comprehensive drinks range and entertainment programme. The new publican will need to be able to devise and organise an entertainment schedule as well as successfully marketing the pub to attract both locals and visitors.

The Landlord is prepared to discuss other Partnership agreements.
They will also discuss your purchasing options (Wines, spirits, cask, minerals and flavoured alcoholic beverages) which you can choose all, a combination or none. Tie release fees will apply.

Often referred to as ingoings. Includes stock & glassware at valuation, deposit, refundable at the end of your agreement dependent upon your account being in good order. Up to 2 weeks rent and other contractual charges will be payable in advance. Please note, the actual deposit payable will be 25% of the final agreed rent.
In addition you will need to provide funds for professional advice and a level of working capital - the amount will be dependent on your business plan.
