Indoor trading area

The indoor trading area is not open plan, but large stone archways connect the lounge and bar area, making a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere. Contemporary decoration and in good condition throughout, there is a mix of fixed and loose seating that provides 60 covers overall. While there is one bar servery, it is separated in the middle by a pillar that divides the bar into two distinct serving areas, each lending itself to the two separate areas of the pub. The Huntsman has space to host live music nights and TVs are available for showing live sports. The trade kitchen is reasonably sized and capable of a traditional pub menu.

Outdoor trading area

The external area has fantastic potential and offers two distinct trading area's; one large brick patio area at the front of the pub and a large grassed area to the side. To the rear of the pub is a large car park with space for 30 vehicles.

The private accommodation is well presented and to a high standard throughout. The space comprises of a kitchen, lounge and five bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom.
