Trading Style

Indoor trading area

The main bar has wooden flooring and rustic furniture and is split into three sections; the lower section suits lunch time diners, then three steps lead to another seating area. The liveliest area of the pub is directly in front of the bar where the regular drinkers congregate. The bar servery extends into the quaint restaurant which has dark wood furniture, hard flooring and low ceilings. It is split into two areas, the first area for 30 covers, features the old mash tun and fermenting vessel and the second area seats 20 covers and can be separated for private dining. The Golden Ball Inn also boasts four en-suite letting rooms, generating further additional revenue for the new publican.

Outdoor trading area

The large car park located to the rear of the pub has space for approximately 40 vehicles and leads to a garden with a path up to the pub. The garden has planted beds and is mainly laid to lawn with room for eight tables. At the front of the pub there is a courtyard with five tables which forms a sun trap in the summer and can be secured with a metal gate.
