We are looking for a publican who has experience in running a strong wet-led trade but has some catering experience.

Inside the Cross Keys Hotel there is a large bar adjacent to an area with a pool table, darts board and Sky TV. There is a larger lounge serviced from a separate bar and well-equipped catering kitchen. The pub is traditionally decorated throughout and has matching furnishings. Combining the smaller and larger bar areas, there is space for approximately 50 covers. The Cross Keys Hotel has a strong food offering that is already popular amongst the existing trade. There is a good-sized kitchen that is capable of servicing a varied food menu. The majority of the letting rooms are en-suite, some are smaller rooms with shared bathroom facilities. A high occupancy for letting rooms is already established, the letting rooms and pub is in very clean and good order.
Outdoor trading area
There is a small patio area to the side of the pub which and provides enough room for some outside seating during the warm summer months and an area for smoking all year round. A car park with space for 30 vehicles is available at the front of the pub.
