Private Accommodation: The living quarters are well presented and in excellent condition, allowing immediate occupation without the need to decorate or clean. The accommodation comprises of three bedrooms, a lounge and kitchen.

Indoor trading area

The Broadway operates with three key trading areas; there is the main large u-shaped bar area with an elevated stage for entertainment and a four-screen video wall for premium sports viewing. Additionally, there are several standard TV screens to create an enhanced destination viewing experience bringing in customers primarily for beer and sports. Adjacent to the main bar is a more relaxed lounge area which can cater for up to 40 guests to enjoy a quieter drink with family and friends. The final room is a function room with a pool table used for functions and parties enabling a variety of events and experiences for customers to use the facilities. The pub is well decorating and has been kept in excellent condition without any need for work for improvement.

Outdoor trading area

To the front entrance there is a garden area with astroturf, fixed benches and flower tubs creating a delightful experience for guests to enjoy drinks alfresco, as this beer garden is south facing the space attracts the sun all day long.

The pub draws in trade predominately from its offerings of live sport and entertainment and operates in three key trading rooms; a main bar, a lounge area and function room. I am looking for a publican who is either new to the trade or experienced to take on this great pub to continue and develop the offerings to maximise trade and drive footfall.
