Treasury Administrator
We have an exciting opportunity to join Marston’s and gain hands on experience in Finance. We have a 12-month Fixed Term Contract for a Treasury Administrator role in our Accounts team. Your focus is to assist with the preparation, daily monitoring and clearing of our accounts to ensure everything is up to date.
This role is located full time at our head office in Wolverhampton.
Have you got what it takes? You will be responsible for the maintenance of our accounts whilst identifying and processing funds.
As a Treasury Administrator you will:
- Receive, check & process documentation relating to the input of direct bank payments
- Prepare & post all necessary journals between clearing accounts
- Supporting our sites & other internal teams with their requests
- Dealing with ad-hoc queries in support of the Treasury Team
What you’ll bring to the table – Previous Treasury experience is not necessary; we can provide you all the training needed but good numeracy skills and an interest in finance is a must!
- You will have the ability to work and thrive within a busy team but also on your own
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft office functions such as Outlook, Excel, Word
- Approachable, enthusiastic, and self-motivated
- Able to work under pressure with minimum direct personal supervision and able to adhere to strict deadlines
- Capable of processing a high volume of transactions
