Marston’s is one of the UK’s largest and most beloved pub chains and today, we operate more than 1,300 pubs, bars and hotels.
Now, we’re on the lookout for a great General Manager to take charge at the Pepper Mill and lead the team to success!

About the pub
The Pepper Mill in Stoke is situated on the Longton Phoenix Retail Park housing Smyths Toys and Tesco and close to the Britannia Stadium. Just off the A50, Plenty of local amenities and walking distance into Longton town centre there is a large bar prime view when walking in the pub, covered beer garden zone, large outdoor kids play area, internal kids play zone, impressive carvery deck, cake cabinet, electric charging point, amazon drop box, large car park,
The guest demographic is mainly aspiring home makers and families . Good point of sale can attract passing traffic particularly during holiday season with families going through to Alton Towers opportunities with driving guest reputation to bring people in more frequently.
Strong leadership skills are critical for this role with a passion for developing people and building a strong team with succession planning essential. If you enjoy working in an environment where coaching is the primary behaviour and where you are supported and challenged in equal measure then this is the role for you!
