We’re looking for an experienced Hospitality Area Manager to join our Signature Operations team. Someone who’s passionate about driving premium businesses and exceeding expectations, who cares about teamwork and knows all there is to know about consistently delivering a great guest journey.
Our Signature pubs are a collection of local country pubs. They provide a space for quality time, a stopping place and somewhere to slow down and to unwind with friends, family and the dog. We think our pubs are how pubs should be. Our teams are encouraged to take the time to deliver little moments that matter to each and every guest.
In this role you’ll be responsible for 13 Signature pubs, some of which have hotel rooms, located across North Yorkshire.

Key Attributes & Responsibilities:
- Full P&L responsibility, with a focus on driving sales and delivering a great guest experience
- Deliver on key KPIs, both financial and people focused
- Effectively implement central offers and sales plans
- Develop and grow your team to help them to maximise their potential through effective and inspiring leadership
- Ensure our businesses are operated to the highest standards and exceed legislative guidelines
- Participate in key projects or working groups as required
The Ideal Candidate:
- An experienced Area Manager, working with multiple businesses in either retail, leisure or hospitality
- Able to demonstrate enviable P&L success
- Someone with proven success stories in developing people
- Driven to inspire, motivate, challenge and engage others, celebrating the successes of your team along the way
- Able to dream big and maximise commercial opportunities
- Someone who lives in or near the locations above, with a full UK driving licence
