General Manager
Marston’s is one of the UK’s largest and most beloved pub chains and today, we operate more than 1,300 pubs, bars and hotels.
Now, we’re on the lookout for a great General Manager to take charge at the March Hare and lead the team to success!

About the pub
The March Hare is a sleeping giant of a business! Situated on a retail park with a Sainsbury's superstore, clothing and homeware businesses and many fast food and coffee takeaway businesses. The football stadium is also adjacent to the retail park. The pub boasts a 220 cover garden and 160 cover pub restaurant with a Two for One offer and a Pizza kitchen sited in the trading area. This is a business that under the right leadership has the potential to take in excess of £30,000 per week.
Strong leadership skills are critical for this role with a passion for developing people and building a strong team with succession planning essential. If you enjoy working in an environment where coaching is the primary behaviour and where you are supported and challenged in equal measure then this is the role for you!
