If you are interested in running your own pub business, the Volunteer Arms in Barton Upon Humber is available now.
The Volunteer Arms is a traditional pub in the centre of Barton Upon Humber. It has 2 separate rooms served from a central bar servery, it has a pool room area and small kitchen which could serve a great simple menu to it's guests. The pub also benefits from having a small outdoor courtyard to the side of the pub some of which is undercover.
The Volunteer is situated in the centre of Barton and the majority of it's guests are attracted from the local area. It has good links with the local community and has a pool and darts team as well as offering entertainment on a weekend. There is an opportunity to reintroduce a simple food offer which you keep 100% of turnover of which would help the pub to attract more custom.
