This popular family pub is now available, offering the opportunity to run your own food offer alongside an established strong drinks trade.
The Wolvercote is perfectly situated on the outskirts of town close to a popular hotel and golf course and is popular with tourists and locals alike. This is a great prospect for a licensee who is passionate about their local community. The site currently takes on average £10,000 - £15,000 per week with 60/40 wet led split, but has the potential to achieve higher per week by targeting extra food and drinks sales.
We are looking for a licensee/s who can build strong links within the local community and has the drive to boost sales and drive the Wolvercote to reach its' full potential.
