The Corner Pin is a two room pub and large outside covered drinking area served by a single central bar in York city centre. It's a historical pub with lots of traditional features and well positioned very close to the river and surrounded by other bars and businesses around the centre of York. The pub benefits from a local city following as well as the influx of tourists throughout the year and the busy race days from York Races.
The pub is a wet led local and should suit a range of experienced operators and with some food experience would be advantageous. The guest satisfaction scores are very high but with more consistent weekly events and a regular bar snack offer the volumes should grow. The partner should have a good knowledge of using social media to promote the business and drive reasons to visit.
The site currently takes on average £7,000 but has the potential to achieve up to £10,000+ a week by targeting extra food and drinks sales.
