The Catchems Corner is great local hidden gem in the heart of stoke on Trent. The site is a small one room operation but spacious pub, it has a open-plan bar, lounge area whilst oozing a traditional pub style. The site has a newly extended ‘secret’ beer garden to the rear which is partly sheltered, its been extended to create a bigger space for events, generating an additional 30 covers.
The Catchems welcomes a variety of customers with their live entertainment, quiz nights and traditional pub games, including crib, darts and skittles. There is a small commercial kitchen therefore an opportunity for own food offer such as themed nights and breakfasts.
The site currently takes on average £6,000 per week but has the potential to take more by targeting extra drinks and some food trade.
This would suit an experienced community wet led operator or someone looking to implement their own food offer. The pub has huge potential for growth, keeping the already existing day time drinkers whilst growing the night time trade.
