If you are interested in running your own pub business, the Forest Tavern in Skegby, Sutton-in-Ashfield is available now.
The Forest Tavern consists of an energetic tap room and calm lounge, serviced by a central bar and function room located upstairs (ideal for community meetings and family gatherings). Outside is a beloved beer garden offering a colourful sanctuary/oasis from the hustle and bustle. This pub is well served by loyal guests throughout the week, with retired regulars at lunchtime building to busy trade/after work crowd late afternoon-all complimented by the evening and weekend singers and revellers. There's something for everyone in this pub!
Who are we looking for?
We are community mindset operator that likes to engage local groups and charity works, with reputation for hosting Rhythm of the the Week activity and eventing. There is a small kitchen with the opportunity to do a snack/back bar option of food.
The site currently takes on average £7,000 but has the potential to achieve up to £10,000 a week by targeting extra food and drinks sales.
What’s in it for you?
- 20% share of weekly wet sales, excluding VAT.
- Keep 100% of the food sales.
- Low ingoing costs, starting with just a £5,000 deposit and £360 legal cost. (*deposits can vary dependant on business – ask us for more details*)
- Accommodation included with most bills covered, except the council tax & TV License.
