We're looking for a General Manager for a recently refurbished pub in Aylesford. Salary up to £46,000 plus bonus and a generous benefits package.

About the pub
The Fields at Aylesford is a high volume, premium food pub in Aylesford, Maidstone.
Delighting guests with our Signature menu, The Fields boasts stunning décor throughout after recently benefiting from a large capex investment to fully refurbish the business.
Currently trading at an average of £33,000 per week in net sales, this site attracts a strong wet trade, with an average sales mix of 60/40 in favour of food sales.
The Fields is the perfect opportunity for an experienced General Manager with a passion for maximising sales in a premium food environment and a track record of success through inspiring their team to succeed and engaging with the local community.
Management accommodation is available in the form of a 3 bedroom flat.
