Job Description
The Mustard Pot is an iconic and beautiful pub that has served the residents of Chapel Allerton for over 70 years. Situated at the heart of the popular suburb only a couple of miles from Leeds City Centre, the pub is a Grade II Listed building and has an extensive beer garden at the front of the pub.
Internally the pub has the most amazing charm with a real fire, ample seating and a small but very well used children’s corner. The 'Colman Room' upstairs is a good sized function room with it's own bar which can be utilised for events, parties, weddings etc and there is plenty of parking on site to the side and rear of the pub. The customer base are the residents of Chapel Allerton and surrounding suburbs and is a very family friendly pub but also benefitting from the many young professionals that live in the area.
The pub is currently taking £20,000 per week however there is the opportunity to take more focusing on driving the drinks and the food side plus utilising the function room.
Given the size of the business The Mustard Pot will require an experienced operator with a proven track record in delivering a consistent quality fresh food offer and able to evidence exemplary customer service.
