We're looking for a General Manager for a fantastic community pub in Brierley Hill. Salary up to £37,000 plus bonus and a generous benefits package.
Marston’s is one of the UK’s largest and most beloved pub chains and today, we operate more than 1,300 pubs, bars and hotels. Now, we’re on the lookout for a great General Manager to take charge at the Forge in Brierley Hill and lead the team to success!

About the pub
The Forge is a thriving community site, currently trading at around £16,000 weekly, with scope for growth.
The pub benefits from a central bar servicing distinct zoned areas. There is a drinking area with vertical seating and TV, a lounge with comfortable booths and dining tables, a huge rear beer garden with children’s play equipment and a drinking patio. It has a large car park and separate access area for deliveries
The Forge serves local drinkers and also destination food occasions. There are numerous industrial and business parks providing customers and also from the nearby hospital and housing estate.
There are a large amount of function guests using the nearby crematorium. This is a predominant food led business which needs to be the main focus. This is not a lively entertainment venue, but requires reasons to visit to best suit its business dynamic.
The Forge has an experienced head chef in place, and experienced front of house team.
It received recent investment which has boosted the sales substantially and made the customer experience much better.
