Job Description

We're looking for a General Manager for a stunning pub in Wadebridge. Salary up to £45,000 plus bonus and a generous benefits package. 

Marston’s is one of the UK’s largest and most beloved pub chains and today, we operate more than 1,300 pubs, bars and hotels. Now, we’re on the lookout for a great General Manager to take charge at The Pearl & Trawl in Wadebridge and lead the team to success!

About the pub

The Pearl & Trawl is a stunning premium food pub in Wadebridge. This site recently benefited from a huge investment which involved completely refurbishing the business. 

Delighting guests with our Signature food offering, The Pearl & Trawl offers guests fantastic views over the camel estuary and currently trades at an average of £13,000 per week in net sales with a sales mix of 60/40 in favour of food sales. Benefiting from a stunning seasonal location in the heart of Cornwall, there is huge potential and scope to maximise sales in this business.

This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced operator to showcase their skills in a newly invested business through leading & inspiring the team to succeed whilst engaging with the local community and tourists alike to deliver memorable moments that matter. 

Management accommodation is available in the form of a 3 bedroom flat located directly above the pub.
