We're looking for a General Manager for a modern yet cosy pub in Whitstable. Salary up to £40,000 plus bonus and a generous benefits package.
Marston’s is one of the UK’s largest and most beloved pub chains and today, we operate more than 1,300 pubs, bars and hotels. Now, we’re on the lookout for a great General Manager to take charge at the Oyster Bed in Whitstable and lead the team to success!

About the pub
The Oyster Bed is a stunning premium food pub in Whitstable.
This pub has a warm & welcoming feel, boasting stylish & modern décor throughout, as well as traditional features such as exposed brickwork, wooden beams and a real log fire for those cosy winter months.
Delighting guests with our Signature menu, The Oyster Bed currently trades at an average of £18,000 per week in net sales, with a sales mix of 60:40 in favour of food sales.
In addition to the stunning décor inside the pub, The Oyster Bed also benefits from a lovely patio area for al fresco dining, which proves popular with guests in the summer months!
This is the perfect opportunity for a General Manager with a track record of building, leading & inspiring their team to succeed.
Management accommodation is available in the form of a 2 bedroom flat.
