We're looking for a General Manager for a wet led community locals pub in Kent. Salary up to £40k plus bonus and a generous benefits package.

About the pub
The Mast & Rigging is a popular pub situated right next to the docks and newly built University, and apartment developments. Just on the outskirts of Gillingham. near retail park and super store and the Mast & Rigging sits on the main walkway from shops to the nearby housing. Inside the pub has a 2 zone space for relaxed dining and drinking throughout. Outside there is a beautiful garden area with a small children's play equipment.
The Mast & Rigging is currently taking an average £22,000 per week with a 60/40 wet to dry sales mix. We're looking for an engaging operator who is passionate about their community and continuing to build on both wet and dry sales. Someone with a keen eye for marketing and social media opportunities to entice guests to the pub from the new surrounding residential areas.
