Bookings & Events Manager - Pitcher & Piano London - Salary up to £37k

As a Booking & Events Manager in Pitcher & Piano, you'll be responsible for driving the business profits through managing and increasing pre booked trade. You'll be the face of Pitcher & Piano, ensuring that we create and maintain links within the local area, in order to drive sales. You will be working alongside the management team to ensure exceptional event execution to retain and develop our guest database. Tasks will include:
- Working proactively to increase guest enquiries and pre booked sales through private bookings or exclusive hire.
- Generating and supporting bespoke events.
- Using key calendar dates to further drive business profits and maximise sales.
- Building and maintaining a network of key contacts in the area.

- Proven past experience in a premium style business, working as a Bookings & Events Manager, Sales Representative, Sales Manager or similar role.
- A self-starter who wants to make things happen and can deliver results.
- A natural networker who understands fully how to create contacts through local organisations, groups and online networking, thrives when growing personal connections and sourcing local opportunities both marketing and sales.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- An excellent team player with exceptional communication skills
- Be fun-loving, have a great character and enjoy the culture that our industry offers
