We're looking for a General Manager for a popular community pub in Rotherham. Salary up to £40,000 plus bonus and a generous benefits package.
Marston’s is one of the UK’s largest and most beloved pub chains and today, we operate more than 1,300 pubs, bars and hotels. Now, we’re on the lookout for a great General Manager to take charge at the Woodman in Rotherham and lead the team to success!

About the pub
The Woodman is a thriving community site in Rotherham. It functions via a central bar that is open plan with 130 dining covers. Currently trading at around £18k weekly, with a split in favour of wet.
The pub benefits from an open bar area with pool table, BT sports and sports TV outside. There is also a large beer garden that has 100 covers including an outdoor children's play area.
Located within a large estate that benefits from regular family guest base, there is parking is available at the pub with local businesses and amenities adjacent. There are also schools close by and within walking distance driving family footfall.
The Woodman has a strong senior team in place with an opportunity to bring team across if desired. The pub has a strong reputation with local guests but also has an opportunity to introduce further reasons to visit, which will support growing both wet and food sales.
