Assistant Manager - The Lost & Found Leeds Club - Weekly Pay - Up to £12.05 per hour
The Lost & Found are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join the management team at The Lost and Found Club Leeds
The Lost & Found is home to mystical mixology and delectable dishes and our buildings have been transformed into decadent drinking dens and restaurants, with a playful sense of fun, plants, flowers and hidden secrets. Infused spirits are mixed, muddled and beautifully served creating craft cocktails by our creative mixologists. And food is taken just as seriously with a menu full of flavour, made using seasonal produce and all cooked to perfection.
As an Assistant Manager in The Lost & Found you will, along with the management team, be responsible for assisting in the day to day management of the business, driving authentic ways of team development, maintaining high and consistent standards and always supporting the business to deliver growth.

What are we looking for?
- Experience in a similar branded venue working as an Assistant Manager or similar management role.
- A passion to delivering the perfect experience
- A genuine passion for craft cocktails
- Be willing to learn, develop and improve own skills, whilst having the ability to progress and engage others
- Always attentive and proactive
- An excellent team player with exceptional communication skills
- Be fun-loving, have a great character and enjoy the culture that our industry offers
