The Anglesey Arms is a stunning pub that is located in the heart of Caernarfon, North Wales, situated perfectly on the harbour, next to the very popular tourist attraction, Caernarfon Castle.
The pub has a large outdoor seating area looking out over the harbour with views of Anglesey across the water. It has a good-sized restaurant and bar area internally and benefits from 7 en-suite letting rooms that you will get to keep 100% of the income from.
This is a ‘live out’ opportunity as there isn’t any private accommodation on site.
The Anglesey Arms is currently taking £12,000 per week however there is the opportunity to drive both the food and drink sales in this already popular site.
The Anglesey Arms would suit an experienced operator who is used to running a busy, fast paced venue ideally with letting rooms. Food experience is a must and knowledge of working with a branded menu would be an advantage but not essential.

• A guaranteed annual retained sum of £25k, released weekly.
