If you are interested in running your own pub business, the Robin Hood in Lambley is available now.
The Robin Hood is located in the affluent village of Lambley, and features two bars/rooms (one of which can be used as a function room), covers for around 60, pool and darts. Outside you'll find front and rear beer gardens/terraces, along with a carpark for 10 vehicles.
There is a good sized commercial kitchen and the pub lends itself to good quality pub grub along with catering for functions (100% of food sales to the operator).
The customer base is made up of loyal locals, walkers, tourists and people visiting from nearby locations.
What’s in it for you?
- 20% share of weekly wet sales, excluding VAT.
